Japanese culture “Wedding ceremonies”

It is popular for Japanese people to have christen style ceremonies.

Wedding ceremonies in Japan

Most Japanese don’t have a specific religion. They are free to choose their own style for the wedding ceremony.

Most of us believe that christen style weddings are cool from watching them on TV program so often.

White wedding dresses, Churches, and huge wedding cakes form the image we have of christen style weddings.

On the other hand, most Japanese wedding ceremonies have the traditional elements.

All guests who are invited to the party pay some money to the bride and groom at the reception instead of paying any charges or fees. It is their expression of congratulations.

Usually some friends of the bride and groom take on a roll as receptionist and cashier.

I think that these traditions are based on our rural culture in Japan.
